The Nordic Supervisor will report to the Nordic Director and oversee all facets of the inside operation of the Nordic Area with a concentration on supervision of inside Nordic associates, guest services, online reservations, snow/trail reports, rental equipment implementation, daily sales and reports.


Responsibilities:
Oversee all facets of the inside Nordic Operation to include Nordic associates, guest services, online reservations, snow/trail reports, daily sales and reports. Provide support to all departments at the Nordic Area as needed to include Tubing Hill, Fat Bikes and snowmaking. Oversee the implementation of all new programs at the Nordic Area Coordinate the operation of the Tubing Hill, Fat Bikes and outside snowmaking and grooming.

Qualifications:
Must have excellent guest service skills Must be attentive to detail Must have excellent oral and written communication skills May need to handle cash and have a cash bank Must be able to work weekends and holidays Control inventory of ski lessons using RTP Administers daily booking of ski and snowboard lessons using RTP. Monitor and control lesson inventory on E-store Must lead by example, remain professional in all situations. Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. Must be effective handling problems in workplace, anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
