Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Golf Shop Associate to join our team at Kiahuna Golf Club. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, assist with merchandise sales, and manage tee time reservations. While prior knowledge of golf is not required, you should be enthusiastic about learning and growing in this area. Your primary focus will be on delivering a positive experience for our guests and ensuring efficient operations in the golf shop.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Provide information and support regarding golf shop merchandise and services. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

Tee Time Management:

Schedule and confirm tee times for individuals and groups. Utilize the tee time reservation system to manage bookings and handle modifications or cancellations. Ensure that all tee times are coordinated with the golf course for optimal flow and customer satisfaction.

Sales and Merchandise:

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Ensure golf shop is clean, tidy, and welcoming. Keep merchandise displays organized and attractive, and assist with restocking as needed.

Learning and Development:

Acquire a basic understanding of golf terminology, etiquette, and equipment through training. Participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge and performance in the role.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
