Job Description


Manage all daily operations of a public 18 hole golf course Manage parttime employees manage rental cart fleet and driving range Negotiate and manage golf outings work closely with Course Superintendent and Lounge Manger Course provides a pro shop for exclusive use of the Pro Cpirse provides $9,000 per year for parttime shop employees Pro not required to work January and February each year 2 weeks vacation during season Iowa Section PGA evaluated the job at $80 to 85K per year The Pro shall receive all funds from merchandise sales, lessons, and club repair. A detailed duties list will be provided to all applicants upon request

American Legion Memorial Golf Course

The AL Memorial Golf Course is owned by American Legion Post 46 and has been in existence since 1957. It is a public 18 hole course with watered fairways and a practice facility. It is the only course in a thirty mile radius to meet both those requirements.
