Job Summary:

The Player Services Attendant is responsible for providing top-tier service to members and guests, handling golf bags and carts, maintaining clean and organized facilities, and supporting the golf staff in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude Stage, clean, and maintain golf carts and pushcarts throughout the day Assist with bag drop and load/unload golf bags for players Maintain the bag room, cart barn, and practice areas to club standards Set up and restock practice balls on the driving range and short game areas Keep facilities clean, organized, and presentable at all times Provide directions, course updates, and assistance as needed Communicate with the golf shop staff regarding player needs and tee sheet updates Support tournament operations and special events as directed

Qualifications:

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends/holidays Friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude Able to lift 30-50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Enjoy working in a team environment with attention to detail Golf knowledge is a plus but not required - training is provided
