Our mission is to provide a premium environment for golf coaching, club fitting, and athletic development.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Coach to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an independent instructor looking for a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled environment to coach their players without the seasonal limitations of outdoor ranges.

You'll deliver personalized instruction for golfers of all skill levels, leveraging our technology and space to help each player reach their full potential.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a golf coach/instructor Existing book of clients with capacity for new students Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor Familiarity with launch monitor data and modern instruction technology PGA/LPGA certification preferred but not required Comfortable coaching players of all skill levels
Compensation:

We offer two flexible options:

1. Monthly Bay Rental - Set rent for full control over your revenue

2. Revenue Share - Pay a percentage of your coaching earnings

We'll collaborate with you to find the best structure for your business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $150.00 per hour
