The Girls Head Golf Coach plays a pivotal role in shaping students' athletic development, fostering teamwork, and guiding athletes to excel both on and off the golf course. Key Responsibilities
+ Design and implement comprehensive golf-specific training plans.
+ Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging team environment.
+ Supervise golf practices, matches, and tournaments, prioritizing student safety and development.
+ Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.
+ Track and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to training plans as needed.
+ Support students' personal and athletic growth.
Job Requirements

+ Strong knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and competition regulations.

Education and Experience
+ Must have a Four-Year Degree
OR
+ Have served as an Approved Assistant Coach for a minimum of two school years.
