Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service throughout shifts Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures during serving and preparation Collaborate with team members to support catering events, banquets, or nightclub operations as needed

Skills

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Effective time management to handle multiple orders during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating drink recipes Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets Knowledge of brewing processes and beverage trends is a plus
