Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise Marketing staff and overall operation of the department Operate Players Club system Write reports and overviews for department functions. Creates Casino Promotions Handle and oversees guest relations Monitors the competition Sets annual Marketing plan Creates graphics projects as needed Creates and maintains casino wide signage Maintains and builds on industry, community and vendor relationships In charge of carrying out all Direct Mail matrix functions Creates and monitors all budget items for the Marketing department Monitors all financial reports for the Marketing department

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

Must be able to effectively communicate Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing or related field. Or Equivalent Work Experience may be substituted for a degree 3-5 year of Supervisory or Management experience preferred; preferably in the hospitality or service industry Minimum 3-5 years' experience in marketing environment Must have strong guest service, communication and proven decision-making skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to work autonomously and function independently (within parameters of company) Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board Identification that establishes identity * Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
