What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree,
or
equivalent combination of education and substantive professional/entrepreneurial experience
Demonstrated commitment to leadership, strategic thinking, or organizational growth (paid role, startup, community, or project-based)
Ability to dedicate
30-40 hours per week
for the full program duration (now - April 3, 2026)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working in a

Every Fellowship role now includes intentional exposure to AI tools and learning labs. Fellows will:
Explore AI platforms relevant to their department.
Participate in guided AI trainings and labs.
Apply AI to solve mission-aligned challenges.
Optionally complete an AI-integrated capstone project.
SLBG Fellowship Program Structure
Here's what you can expect of the Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Fellowship:
Duration:
September 22, 2025 - April 3, 2026 (~6 months)
Format:
Hybrid (remote + some in-person engagements in latter part of the program)
Commitment:
30-40 hours/week
Compensation:
This is a six-month, unpaid fellowship
with the potential to earn up to $10,000 in performance-based bonuses tied to defined milestones
, plus significant opportunities for direct mentorship, alumni network access, and priority consideration for board or executive-track paid roles.
Late-fall onboarding phase runs through December 15, 2025. Late joiners remain fully integrated within the 4-6 month track.
