What We're Looking For



Bachelor's degree, Master's degree,

or

equivalent combination of education and substantive professional/entrepreneurial experience Demonstrated commitment to leadership, strategic thinking, or organizational growth (paid role, startup, community, or project-based) Ability to dedicate

30-40 hours per week

for the full program duration (now - April 3, 2026) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort working in a

hybrid

environment (remote collaboration + occasional in-person engagements)

Ideal Applicants

have demonstrated leadership in team projects, entrepreneurial ventures, or nonprofit/community initiatives, a track record of problem-solving in fast-changing or high-growth environments, and familiarity with or curiosity about

AI tools

(analytics, workflow automation, creative platforms).

What You'll Do



As a Fellow, you'll be embedded in a

core department or strategic initiative

within JPG Enterprises-- contributing at a managing-director level while learning in real time.

Core focus areas include:

Strategic Planning & Growth

- Build and execute business strategies that drive innovation.

Team Dynamics & Leadership

- Learn to hire, train, and scale high-performing teams.

Marketing & Sales Integration

- Drive visibility, influence decisions, and generate revenue.

Financial Oversight

- Establish systems, orchestrate strategic forecasting, modeling, capital readiness.

Operational Excellence

- Optimize business processes, innovate systems and workflows for efficiency and scale.

Strategic Problem-Solving

- Tackle real challenges, make data-driven decisions, and deliver solutions.

AI-Enhanced Leadership

- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools for role-specific systems optimization, financial strategy, cross-department collaboration, stakeholder analysis, and more.

AI Development Opportunities



Every Fellowship role now includes intentional exposure to AI tools and learning labs. Fellows will:

Explore AI platforms relevant to their department. Participate in guided AI trainings and labs. Apply AI to solve mission-aligned challenges. Optionally complete an AI-integrated capstone project.

SLBG Fellowship Program Structure



Here's what you can expect of the Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Fellowship:

Duration:

September 22, 2025 - April 3, 2026 (~6 months)

Format:

Hybrid (remote + some in-person engagements in latter part of the program)

Commitment:

30-40 hours/week

Compensation:

This is a six-month, unpaid fellowship

with the potential to earn up to $10,000 in performance-based bonuses tied to defined milestones

, plus significant opportunities for direct mentorship, alumni network access, and priority consideration for board or executive-track paid roles.

Late-fall onboarding phase runs through December 15, 2025. Late joiners remain fully integrated within the 4-6 month track.
