What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing:
Reporting to our Technical Innovation Lead for Global Services, as a developer you will build and deliver solutions across the automation spectrum for Global Services in partnership with broader enterprise teams.

How You\xe2\x80\x99ll Succeed:

As a Full Stack Automation Software Engineer, you will bring your technical experience to design and build reusable automation applications that exceed product goals.

Building relationships with key stakeholders in Global Services you will identify and deliver automation opportunities.

With an approach that accepts failure, and ability to work in ambiguity, you will use your development principles to reach creative product solutions to deliver on time.

By maximizing your development experience, you will ensure the applications achieve the optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Using your problem-solving skills, you will strive to quickly identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs for optimal user experience.

As a superb communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you will work and collaborate effectively on a team including remote internal and external team members.

With a high level of curiosity and bigger picture thinking, you will conduct external research and innovation to evolve existing and create new solutions.

What You Should Bring:

Experience in architecting, designing, developing, and delivering multiple projects using \xe2\x80\x9cmodern stack\xe2\x80\x9d technologies such as React, NodeJS, Javascript, Typescript, Python (One or more)

You should have a good understanding of the tools and languages used to drive business value through automation. This includes robotic process automation technologies (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UIPath) and business process documentation platforms, orchestration platforms, and low-code/no-code environments to support automations.

Additionally, you should be familiar with augmenting automations for these platforms with relevant supporting technologies including advanced OCR, natural language processing, machine learning and/or artificial intelligence platforms.

Able to work with and manage databases (SQL/No-SQL) along with an understanding of database design, indexing, optimization, etc.

Familiarity with the development, management and publishing RESTful APIs.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills, working across agile and diverse teams.

A high level of intellectual curiosity and innovation interest.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology (or related technical field) or 3+ years programming experience.

Experience in delivering software solutions that span the development life cycle; i.e., project initiation, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, support, and retirement.

Experience with automations related to enterprise solutions such as SAP, Workday and other user-facing applications.

Familiarity with Software Quality Assurance methods and techniques.

Travel < 10%.
