About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for US head for Global Key Accounts Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Global brands are our key strategic partners, and we need a dedicated team to provide the best service to them. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world\'s top-tier brands or agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds key TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) and Creator strategies to deliver growth for the business, and define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches to business success.
  • This role requires the ability to work across different time zones and cultures and bring a philosophy of client-centricity to the role both internally and externally.
  • The successful candidate is proficient in strategy and analytics, with a client serving mindset and is a good team player.
  • The ideal candidate is a builder, intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in strategic thinking, and has deep experience working with cross functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree and above;
  • 8+ years of experience in the e-commerce business; mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred
  • Business Mandarin-speaking fluency or HSK6 equivalent is mandatory, for product launches and communication with stakeholders
  • Have a solid understanding of social/livestream commerce and content marketing;
  • Have previous exposure to apparel or beauty or CPG industry;
  • Strong in data analytics and strategic analysis;
  • Experience in consulting is a plus;

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $163020 - $304400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
