As our Global Customer Engagement & Operations Manager, you'll be at the center of our international growth strategy, empowering partners across continents to deliver life-saving wilderness medicine training. What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership & Global Growth
Scale our global footprint
: Partner with business licensees worldwide to expand wilderness medicine course delivery across new markets and regions
Drive partner success
: Ensure our international partners have everything they need to thrive--from course materials and instructor training to ongoing operational support
Identify growth opportunities
: Spot trends, uncover expansion possibilities, and drive business development opportunities to close with new licensees
Marketing and promotions:
Help create and launch digital content and campaigns
Process Optimization & Innovation
Build scalable systems
: Evaluate, implement, and optimize CRM platforms and operational software to support our expanding business
Create operational excellence
: Develop SOPs and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and partner satisfaction
Design key metrics
: Build reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Course Operations & Quality
Manage professional certification programs
: Oversee CME/continuing education credit programs that add value for our customers
Ensure quality delivery
: Periodically audit courses for quality control and stay connected to the field experience
Support the customer journey
: Provide responsive support for retail customers and partners throughout the course lifecycle--from planning to post-course administration
Strategic Planning
Shape the future
: Participate in annual planning and adjust operational priorities to align with company growth strategies

: Tackle special projects, troubleshoot unique course requirements, and develop curriculum innovations

Qualifications
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
4+ years of relevant experience in operations management, process implementation, and product management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferably with a background in educational program delivery and/or outdoor/adventure industries.
