Main Responsibilities:



Reporting directly to the Head of Global Immunology Franchise, the Project Coordinator will be multi-tasking as they toggle between administrative and project duties supporting the Heads of Dermatology TA, New Product Planning and Strat and Ops. Specifically, the Project Coordinator will work on the following: Sr Admin responsibilities (managing calendars, travel coordination, expense reports, meeting minutes, offsite meeting planning, slide decks, etc) Assist in coordinating and executing various projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning and execution. Execute contracts for seamless vendor and partner collaboration. Provide administrative support to the designated leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain project documentation and records, generate reports, and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

About You



Bachelor's degree 4+ years' experience as a coordinator/administrative is required Marketing, sales, or insights & analytics experience, preferably in cross-functional leadership roles Successful track record of decision making, innovation, problem-solving and navigating uncharted territory without clear precedent Fluent in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) Excellent communication skills Experience working within complex multidisciplinary teams
