Overview



The Gloabl Auto Solutions Leader will develop and implement differentiated commercial auto risk management solutions. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners and select clients. This role will require significant involvement in shaping the strategy for the auto business and providing support for its growth through sales and marketing initiatives.

The Gloabl Auto Solutions Leader will keep abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and client needs to ensure that GB's solutions are competitive and aligned with the evolving landscape. This includes analyzing the market to identify trends and client needs, assessing the viability of solutions, and determining marketplace differentiators.



How you'll make an impact



Focused on the lifecycle of a product itself, from conception to market introduction; Oversees the creation and launch of new products and services, enhancing existing offerings by driving improvements, and managing the product development framework.

Key responsibilities:

Developing and communicating value propositions, analyzing product performance metrics for continuous improvement, advising on product launches and strategic decisions, and managing a dynamic product development pipeline. Maintains business knowledge, educates sales, and account management teams, and analyzes data to formulate product strategies and enhance competitive intelligence. May lead design and manage resources for product development. May be responsible for product governance, advising on legislative matters, leading product rationalization, and identifying niche products. Monitoring competition and regulatory changes, the role seeks new partnerships for introducing services and features. Ensures compliance with laws and regulations by coordinating with control partners. Corporate function roles typically would have global responsibility.



About You

Required:

Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience.

Preferred:

Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written) Analytical capabilities to interpret complex data Program management experience

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
