Responsibilities:
Install and repair automotive glass including windshields, door glass, back glass, and mirrors Assess damage and determine proper repair or replacement procedures Use appropriate tools and adhesives safely and effectively Maintain clear communication with customers and service advisors Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality guidelines Keep work area clean and organized Complete necessary documentation and service records
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive glass installation (preferred but not required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong attention to detail and workmanship Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
