About this Position
The Gift Shop Specialist will provide support and assistance with the operation of the Imagine Experience. The incumbent will be assist the operation of the Imagine store, tours, and home office field events. Ensuring that administrative requirements for department are efficiently met. Provides project coordination support for projects being handled by department. The incumbent must have excellent communication skills and will communicate with the Primerica Sales Force regarding booking, tours, store operations, event registration, reimbursements, and any other department function.



This position is 100% Onsite



The estimated salary range for this roll is: $42K - $46K
Responsibilities & QualificationsThe Gift Shop Specialist will provide support and assistance with the operation of the Imagine Experience, working alongside the Supervisor. Will assist with the set-up, bookings, and operation of the tours. The associate will be responsible for script updates, monitoring tour displays, and keeping all tour guide equipment updated. The incumbent must be able to speak in front of large groups. Will assist with the set-up and operation of store by operating cash registers, requesting bank cash runs, and preparing month end deposits. The associate will be responsible for monitoring/receiving inventory, ordering merchandise and arranging displays. The associate will assist with the communications, set-up, bookings, and operation of the Home Office Field Events. The incumbent must be willing to work weekend and evening events when needed. The associate will provide accounting and budgeting support to the department when the need arises. The associate will assist with communication, processing and delivery of travel reimbursements for our field agents.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Strong organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently without close supervision Flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Lift up to 11-25lbs Ability to work weekends
Basic Accounting Skills Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
If weekend work is necessary, compensation time or overtime will be provided.*
