Manages inventory, sells merchandise, customer service, stocking and cleaning of shop as needed.

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:

Skills:


Able to be self-motivated and complete work tasks efficiently, in a timely manner Organized and neat with files and in order keep stock shelves in an appropriate manner Able to work with volunteers with differing personalities while maintaining a caring manner and professional demeanor. Computer skills to run POS system, credit cards machine, Volgistics, and other types of office equipment. Numerical ability to calculate prices, discounts and other factors relating to retail merchandising. Ability to assess and provide manager low inventory levels as necessary. Retail merchandising skills needed to keep floor displays in shop fresh and inviting. Able to keep shelves in stockroom neat and in a manner that merchandise can be located quickly at the customer's request.
