Pay Range:
The base pay range for this position is
$23.00-$35.50 Hourly
however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

About the Team:
The Gift Garden is staffed by volunteers and oversight is provided by the Gift Garden Manager. The Gift Garden Coordinator and Director of Development will work together to develop a fundraising plan with the Auxiliary Board of Directors and meet fundraising goals.

Position Overview:
The Gift Garden Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Gift Garden to meet the fundraising goals of the Auxiliary. The Gift Garden Coordinator is tasked with the recruitment, training and scheduling of Gift Garden Volunteers. Additionally, the Gift Garden Coordinator will be responsible for purchasing and merchandising the Gift Garden in coordination with volunteers.
A Day in the Life:Recruit new Gift Garden Volunteers.
Work with the Director of Development to onboard, train and orient new Gift Garden Volunteers.
Provide leadership and direction to Gift Garden Volunteers.
Manage volunteer schedules for the Gift Garden.
Develop and update Gift Garden training manuals, policies, procedures and handbooks.
Participate in monthly Auxiliary Board of Directors' meetings.
Partner with Auxiliary Board of Directors to manage, plan and develop annual sales and fundraising goals.
Coordinate with Director of Development to communicate Gift Garden and Auxiliary current and upcoming events.
Maintain accurate merchandise received and payment for products in partnership with Auxiliary Board of Directors.
Partner with Gift Garden Volunteers to ensure the Gift Garden remains neat and tidy.
About You!
This Job is For You if You Have:Previous experience managing volunteers or staff in retail setting.
Previous work in retail environment.
Excellent communication skills with Staff, Gift Garden Volunteers and general public.
Computer skills such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, telephone, iPad.
Ability to manage time, tasks and resources appropriately.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to read and understand policies, labels and written procedures.
Ability to count money and use iPad to bill customers and collect payment.
Ability to take notes in receipt journal for accounts payable department.
