12th Grade Class Sponsor

Position Overview:

GHS is seeking a dedicated, organized 12th Grade Sponsor to assist with planning and executing all aspects of graduation preparation, including the graduation ceremony. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about celebrating student achievements and creating memorable experiences for our seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with school administration and staff to coordinate all activities related to graduation preparation. Plan and execute the graduation ceremony, including venue arrangements, seating, and program development. Organize and oversee senior events leading up to graduation, such as the Senior Prom, awards ceremonies, and other class celebrations. Serve as a liaison between students, parents, and school administration to ensure effective communication throughout the process. Manage the senior class budget and fundraising efforts to support graduation activities. Encourage student involvement and leadership in planning activities and ceremonies. Address any issues or concerns that may arise leading up to the graduation festivities.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within a school setting. Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and faculty. Enthusiasm for celebrating student success and creating memorable experiences for seniors.

SALARY:

Per extracurricular schedule (Group #11) and experience
