Salary: $118,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Day shift

Monday to Friday Weekday and weekend overnight PHONE call (8 shifts per month) - NOT in-person
COVID-19 considerations:

Must be fully vaccinated/boosted and properly use PPE while in the facilities

Education:

Master's (Required)
License/Certification:

Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
Work Location: Travel Between facilities

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options. Stay updated on best practices in nursing and participate in clinical research as needed.
