We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gerente de Operaciones de Tiendas to oversee the daily operations of our retail locations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our stores run efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, estate planning, and customer relationship management, along with a comprehensive understanding of financial concepts and operations management.
Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee financial sales activities, including investment management and portfolio management.
Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize store profitability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct financial analysis and reporting to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to securities law, tax regulations, and estate law in all financial transactions.
Collaborate with the accounting team to manage corporate accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Lead training initiatives for staff on financial planning, wealth management, and customer service best practices.
Utilize financial software for budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Research market trends to inform strategic decisions regarding inventory management and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail operations management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts including wills, trusts & estate law, asset management, and technical accounting.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough financial analysis.
Proficiency in customer relationship management practices and techniques.
Familiarity with banking processes and public accounting principles is preferred.
Strong math skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building relationships with clients and team members alike.
