As a Geotechnical Project Leader, you will serve as lead project manager for the team, focusing on project execution, winning repeat work, and managing key client accounts. You will also perform and oversee geotechnical engineering design, project proposal and management duties with integrity and a drive to succeed. You will process design calculations, develop project scopes and schedules, and travel to job sites for observation. You will support marketing and business development efforts, supervise/direct professionals and technical staff, and promote efficiencies in producing quality work. You will be required to ensure high client service by providing constructible designs, meeting deadlines and creating clear communications with our clients. This role has a flexible work environment with options to work from home and a sign-on bonus potential based on experience.

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering
• 10-15+ years of related Geotechnical analysis and design experience
• Desire to lead an established geotechnical team
• At least 4 years of experience serving as a project manager
• Must be a registered professional engineer
