Position Summary




The Regional Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the operational and clinical growth of our ABA services within the Georgia region. This individual will be a key driver in business development, talent acquisition, and facility management, with the primary goal of establishing a new, high-quality, in-person ABA therapy center and ensuring sustainable growth across all regional services (in-center, in-home, possibly school-based).

Key Responsibilities




1. Business Development and Client Acquisition (Source New Clients)

Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase brand awareness and client referrals within the region. Cultivate relationships with key referral sources, including pediatricians, schools, social service agencies, and local community groups. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective client inquiries, conducting initial consultations and guiding families through the intake process. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for service expansion.

2. Talent Acquisition and Retention (Source New Staff)

Design and implement a robust recruitment strategy to attract and hire qualified clinical staff, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), BCaBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and entry-level therapy staff. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offer negotiation. Collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure all new hires meet clinical standards and possess the values of the organization. Develop strategies for staff engagement, retention, and professional development.

3. New Center Setup and Operations Management

Lead the initiative to establish a new, state-of-the-art in-person ABA center from concept to opening. This includes identifying potential locations, overseeing build-out/remodel projects, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Manage all center logistics, including procurement of necessary therapy equipment, technology, and supplies. Oversee and perform duties typically associated with an Office Manager, including:

+ Developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems (e.g., scheduling, billing support, electronic health records: Rethink).
+ Managing facility maintenance, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
+ Handling vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning services, utilities, IT support).
+ Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for both clinical and administrative staff.


4. Team Leadership and Training

Provide direct operational supervision and mentorship to administrative and support staff. Develop and implement standardized operational training programs for all regional staff to ensure consistent quality and compliance. Organize and lead regular regional team meetings focused on operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and growth targets.

Qualifications



Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is a plus. Experience:

+ 3-5 years of progressive experience in management, operations, or business development, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or a related service industry.
+ Proven experience in leading business growth, sourcing new clients, and recruiting professional staff is essential.
+ Experience with facility/office setup and management is highly desirable.
Skills:

+ Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
+ Strong business acumen and analytical skills for market assessment and budget management.
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency with standard office software and Rethink Systems

Preferred (But Not Required)



Knowledge of ABA therapy principles and the regulatory landscape for behavioral health services. Experience managing P&L for a business unit or regional operation. Credentialed as a BCBA or RBT is a plus, but the primary focus is on operational and business leadership.
