Responsibilities

Shuttle Operation:

Safely operate the shuttle vehicle according to traffic laws and company policies while ensuring timely arrivals to all destinations.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs, answering questions, and offering a warm and friendly greeting.

Concierge Support:

Assist customers with information regarding locations, schedules, amenities, and events in the area.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and ready for operation, reporting any maintenance issues.

Safety:

Ensure the safety of passengers by following all safety protocols, including seat belt use, speed limits, and road safety guidelines.

Assist with Luggage:

Help passengers with luggage or other personal items when necessary.

Communication:

Stay in constant communication with the dispatch team and other drivers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues as they arise.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License

with a clean driving record.

Previous Experience

in a customer-facing or driving role is preferred.

Excellent Customer Service Skills:

Ability to interact professionally with diverse passengers, providing a positive and welcoming experience.

Ability to Navigate:

Familiarity with local routes, destinations, and alternative routes.

Good Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and handle luggage or other items.

Clean Criminal Record:

Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Reliable and Punctual:

Strong work ethic with a commitment to being on time and ensuring the timely operation of shuttle services. Experience in shuttle driving, transportation, or hospitality industry. Knowledge of local area attractions, landmarks, and routes. * Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
