Under new ownership Indiana Power is carrying on the 39-year legacy of quality workmanship and customer service, our team is looking to add an additional Technician to help service our 4000+ customers. We do not focus on upselling, only good quality customer service. We strive on low stress just fun with a relaxed atmosphere and great team dynamics. Applicants must have verified experience in stand by generator install, repair and load banking experience. Tech Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all types and sizes of standby generator systems. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair customer gas & diesel engines. Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality service to customers. Perform Load bank testing Interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct routine maintenance checks on and customer equipment. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during repairs and maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Experience on multiple different product platforms Strong knowledge of LP/ NG & diesel engine repair techniques. Familiarity with service center operations is a plus Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction. Competence in reading and interpreting service manuals for troubleshooting purposes. Physical capability for heavy lifting tasks associated with the role.

Pay: $23.84 - $45.00 per hour
