General Volunteer

About ICRI:
At the International Council for Refugees and Immigrants (ICRI), we help individuals and families from all over the world rebuild their lives here in the United States. From housing and employment to education, language access, and community support, we're here every step of the way as people start fresh in a new home.

What You'll Do:
We're always looking for caring, dependable volunteers to join our community! You don't need to have a specific background, just a willingness to help. Once you sign up, we'll match you with opportunities that fit your interests, schedule, and skills.

Some ways you might help include:

Driving clients to appointments, classes, or job interviews Helping out at our front desk or lending a hand with office tasks Assisting case managers with small resettlement projects (like helping set up a new apartment or grocery shopping) Supporting ESL and citizenship classes Lending a hand at our food pantry or community events

What We're Looking For:

Friendly and respectful attitude toward people from all cultures Dependable and open to learning Access to reliable transportation (if driving clients)
Requirements:

Background check for all volunteers DMV record for driving-related roles
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
