Company Mission Statement To enhance member value through returns and service. Perform all required preventative maintenance. Perform repairs on the machinery in the shipping department. Monitor the machinery and dust systems. Job Duties. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for food safety by following HACCP and Food Safety policies/procedures. Responsible for plant safety by observing persons entering your work area, asking if you can assist them, and reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor. Attend training as required or approved by supervisor. RICELAND Education Requirements One year certificate from college or technical school; or High School Diploma or GED. 1 Position - Regular work schedule is M-F 3p-11p with some extended daily hours and weekend work possible.










1 Position - Regular work schedule is M-F 11p-7a with some extended daily hours and weekend work possible. Starting Pay Rate - $13.97 per hour Hours worked from 3p-11p will receive a .75 cent per hour shift premium. Hours worked from 11p-7a will receive a .50 cent per hour shift premium.
These positions are eligible for a $1000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for qualified applicants upon hire. Operates equipment in department and relieves or fills in for operators in the absence of regular operator, cleans and maintains work areas and makes minor repairs requiring use of hand tools. Must be able to work standing up, climb ladders, work at heights or in tight spaces, follow both written and verbal instructions. Must be able to be fit tested to wear respirator equipment. Must be able to ride a man lift.
