Join our family run, high volume automotive service and repair shop as a General Technician, where you will play a vital role in repairs and troubleshooting a wide range of automotive systems. Pay is based on experience.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and repair radiators, intake systems, timing, engine and transmission replacements. Operate precision in working with diagnostic tools to assess system performance. Be on time and work your assigned tasks to completion. Own your own tools. Be willing to learn new technology and acquire certifications needed . Read and interpret technical drawings for troubleshooting and repairs. You must be self reliant and able to keep busy and think for yourself. Collaborate with team members and follow directions given to you. Participate in training sessions to stay current with industry standards related to mechanical systems, or safety procedures.

Proven experience working in an automotive or maintenance role within an automotive facility environment. Strong desire to work with excellence and honesty. Familiarity with many aspects of the automotive industry. Experience with Mitchell, All Data or other technical software is a plus. Ability to read and follow technical diagrams accurately. Basic parts replacement is a must. Proficiency with diagnostic tools for analysis. Valid drivers license with clean driving record. Must past a drug test. Ability to work with a close knit team and adapt to standards set for quality. Fluency in English is required for effective communication within the team and documentation purposes.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
