Duties

Lead daily operations on residential construction sites with full accountability for safety, quality, and timelines Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, including bidding, vetting, and hiring Communicate closely with field crews to ensure efficient execution Partner with homeowners, engineers, and the sales team to ensure a high-end client experience Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation with attention to detail Proactively solve project issues to avoid delays or quality issues Enforce building codes, local regulations, and company quality standards Mentor site superintendents and team members to develop skills and ensure project cohesion Participate in planning and process improvement across the company

Qualifications

5+ years of residential construction experience, including supervisory or project management roles Knowledge of Nevada building codes and best practices in residential building Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proficiency with project scheduling and management tools (Google Docs, Excel, MS Project, or similar) Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing priorities Experience with production home building and site development is a plus Comfort with light IT setup and field technology support is a bonus
