The General Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor on-site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Uphold the company's standards and reputation through professional conduct and exceptional project delivery.
