Weekly Day Range:

Monday to Friday w/ Weekend Availability as Needed

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostics and inspections on customer vehicles. Complete basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filters, replacements, and more. Perform tire maintenance and tire changes on customer vehicles. Provide superior customer service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about customer vehicles. Maintain an organized and safe work environment.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED OR Automotive Repair Experience Valid Driver's License w/ Safe Driving Record Successful Completion of Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screening

Skill Requirements:

Basic understanding of car maintenance Ability to effectively communicate with the customer the results of inspections and needed repairs Ability to operate specialized tools and equipment for car maintenance and repair Strong time management skills Careful attention to detail

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and stretching Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
