Looking for a very experienced and highly motivated person to lead the sales team at the dealership. They will be interested in continuing the explosive growth of recent months tht has made us the #1 GM store in New York State for 8 monts running for Sales Effectiveness. Your focus is on creating extraordinary results for the store knowing that when you reach the top you will be compensated for these results. You will be interested in creating salespeople that are motivated and want to work and sell all day. You will have people including salespeople and finance managers that want to make a move with you. You are only as strong as your team. The right candidate will be extremely well compensated. You will oversee the largest advertising budget in the market. Job Duties
Meeting with vehicle sales managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.
Hiring and monitoring the performance of the department managers, holding weekly sales meetings and conducting sales training.
Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
Auditing all appraisals of trade-in vehicles.
Issuing all demonstration vehicles and ensuring that appropriate dealership records are maintained.
Job Requirements
Managers are required to not only understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operations, but must also comply with these regulations.
Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors, as they represent the dealership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $155,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
