THE FLAGSHIP PROJECT

This $300 + million, 34-story post-tension concrete tower will redefine the downtown Las Vegas skyline and stands as the most technically complex build in Martin-Harris history.


Martin-Harris Construction is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations for the tower structure and building envelope on the flagship Symphony Park Parcel E development.


This role demands a superintendent who can drive schedule and execution with precision, bringing deep technical expertise in high-rise concrete and facade systems. You'll set the pace for structure and facade execution -- leading by example while developing the next generation of Martin-Harris superintendents.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll own field execution for the tower's structure and envelope -- ensuring every pour, panel, and milestone aligns with the master plan.

Lead all field operations from mat foundation through roof and full close-in. Drive the vertical deck cycle and maintain the tower's critical path within a 30-month master schedule. Coordinate structure MEPF facade scopes to maintain flow, minimize rework, and support efficient turnover. Direct logistics for cranes, hoists, formwork, staging, and site access to keep production safe and continuous. Conduct daily coordination meetings with trade partners; monitor performance, safety, and quality metrics. Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers, reinforcing Major Projects standards for planning and execution. Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to align manpower, procurement, and three-week look-ahead schedules. Represent Martin-Harris professionally with owners, design teams, and trade partners in all field interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

10 + years of progressive leadership experience in high-rise structural concrete and building envelope construction. Proven record of success delivering post-tension concrete towers or mixed-use high-rise projects on schedule. Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, and modern field-coordination technology. Strong working knowledge of structural and facade systems, sequencing, and tolerance control. Proven ability to lead large trade workforces and foster accountability through communication and example. Organized, proactive, and committed to Martin-Harris standards for safety, quality, and teamwork.
