Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience with office management systems. This role involves handling various clerical tasks, managing communication channels, and ensuring smooth office operations. The Office Clerk will be a vital part of maintaining an efficient and professional work environment, providing support across multiple departments as needed. Advancement to Office Manager Trainee possible.

Duties



Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy Utilize Microsoft Office, Intuit timesheet and QuickBooks for daily tasks Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings Provide customer support via phone and email, maintaining excellent phone etiquette Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies and maintaining records Perform clerical duties including typing, photocopying, and scanning documents Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic invoicing and record keeping Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and workflows Experience in HR/Payroll

Requirements



Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus Strong computer literacy with knowledge of data entry, proofreading, and file management Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous Knowledge of office management best practices and administrative procedures
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
