The General Manager is responsible for leading the FOH and BOH operations of the Cafe. The GM will spend significant time performing & assisting with managerial duties, as well as some back of house cooking functions. Key responsibilities include managing, training and disciplining cafe crew members along with interviewing, hiring, & scheduling for the cafe. The GM is responsible for ensuring excellent guest experience, the safety of our guests, team members, property, and product quality. The GM must operate within brand standards.
