Tropical Smoothie Cafe currently has immediate positions available for Assistant/General Managers.

Our Managers work together to provide excellent service and high-quality food in a clean, friendly and fun atmosphere. As a Manager, you'll prep food, make our delicious wraps, sandwiches, salads, and of course our signature SMOOTHIES. We will train you so no experience is necessary!

Being a Tropical Smoothie Cafe Manager involves all aspects of the following:

Our priority is customer service!

Team members must be friendly and professional towards customers and each other at all times. Team members must be People Friendly!

Food prep.

Team members will be trained to prepare food for use in front of the house stations.

Prepare recipes.

Team members will be trained to complete orders (food and smoothies) according to our recipes or as customers request. All orders are made fresh.

Cashier.

Team members will be trained to take accurate orders from our guests and handle money transactions.

Restock.

Team members will be trained to restock supplies and keep the flow of service running efficiently.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN.

Team members will be trained on how to keep the cafe in tip top shape at all times!

Friendly People Person!

Team members will not be trained on how to be a friendly people person.. you must already have that quality.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills Quick learner in our fast-paced environment Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Available to work flexible hours Experience with PAR POS system a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
