In search of a Leader who thrives in a fast pace, multifaceted enviorment. We are a growing landscape products distributor seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team and drive continued success of our Business.

As General Manager , you will be in the heartbeat of the Company. This is not a desk only position; you will be actively involved in the yard, warehouse, logistics, customer service, procurement and team leadership. You will oversee operations. customer experience and efficient workflow across departments.

Responsibilities

Lead, train and motivate a team of yard staff, drivers and office personnel.

Oversee daily operations of the yard, warehouse, and delivery fleet.

Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and customer service.

Implement and improve operational processes and safety standards.

Collaborate with Ownership on budgeting, forecasting and retail Customers.

We are looking for

Proven leadership experience in distribution, construction supply, landscape supply or related industries.

Hands-on Management style .... comfortable in Yard and Office.

Strong Organizational & Problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and seasonal changes.

Inventory management and logistics.

Strong communication and team building skills.

Customer first mentality.
