Overview
Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now interviewing for a FULL TIME Manager for our indoor swim school in New Albany. Base salary plus bonus.
Objective:
Manager will lead and motivate staff. Interface frequently with our families, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership and management of front desk and swim instruction staff. Hire, train, review, and conduct staff evaluations. Manage the budget and payroll.Job Type: Full-time
