You'll Be Responsible For

Leading daily operations, including opening/closing, service flow, and shift execution Overseeing hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for all staff Driving financial performance by monitoring budgets, labor, and food costs Managing inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and waste reduction Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations Handling guest feedback with professionalism, accountability, and care Building and reinforcing a collaborative, inclusive, and detail-driven work culture Acting as the brand's steward--maintaining consistency, reputation, and operational standards Partnering with ownership to implement systems, track KPIs, and plan for growth
Requirements

3+ years of restaurant management experience, including supervising managers and teams Strong food service and hospitality background--retail and hotel experience not applicable Proven ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs Knowledge of food safety compliance and inspection readiness Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
