As General Manager, we are looking for candidates who possess the following skills:
Great leadership
Accountability for sales and payroll and other controllables
Ability to hire, train and motivate your team
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
Order all food and supply product for the store
Ensure daily production of product meets the stores needs
Ensure baking and presentation of product is fresh and meets company's standards Create a positive work environment Great product knowledge Decorating skills are a plusGeneral Manager Requirements:
High School Diploma or higher degree At least 2 years of Management experience Basic computer operations, such as POS operation and Microsoft Office * Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
