The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our hospitality establishment, ensuring that all aspects of service delivery meet the highest standards. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures.
Strong understanding of the P&L and effectively managing expenses.
Proficient in revenue management techniques and strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with corporate sales and large-scale event management.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
