Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for families Recruit, onboard, and develop a team that is enthusiastic, skilled, and service-oriented Establish and monitor team goals that promote productivity and exceptional service Supervise front desk processes and retail functions to maintain a polished and professional environment Coordinate registration, class schedules, and overall program logistics Provide outstanding customer service and step in to resolve concerns when necessary Foster meaningful connections with both prospective and current families Use internal systems and reporting tools to assess performance and identify opportunities Manage financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and reviewing profit and loss statements Implement growth strategies that boost enrollment and enhance the customer experience Work closely with the District Manager to ensure alignment on operational goals and service standards Uphold SafeSplash's mission and core values in all areas of leadership Ensure family and student records are organized, accurate, and confidential Step into swim instruction roles when needed to support team operations

Qualifications

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification Minimum of one year of experience managing pool operations Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing staff Excellent organizational skills with a strategic mindset Experience supervising in dynamic, customer-focused settings Familiarity with business growth initiatives and managing projects Skilled in streamlining operations and supporting sales efforts Confident handling budgeting, financial forecasting, and profit and loss statements

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
