Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of employees (many of them teenagers), creating a positive and encouraging workplace. Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and day-to-day supervision of staff. Manage operations including ice cream production, inventory, deposits, POS systems, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards. Coordinate community events such as spirit nights and food truck operations. Deliver excellent guest service while fostering an environment where employees thrive.
Manager Requirements:

Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (preferred, but not required). Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to organize, multitask, and manage a busy operation with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems. ServSafe certification preferred. High school diploma/GED required; some college experience a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
