General Manager

We are looking for a high-energy individual that is ready to do inside and outside sales. Inside sales are based on multiple lead sources, and outside sales are local events, business2business relationships and meet & greets.

At HOTWORX Westminster, we have science and innovation in our fitness studio to make sure every customer that walks through our door leaves feeling like their best self.

This role will challenge and grow your sales skills by discovering a fine balance between creative upselling and excellent customer service. This will start as a Part Time position (20-25 hours/week) and depending on results and where you want to go, this can go to a Full Time position.

Qualifications

Must have a passion for fitness, health and wellness and be able to speak to this passion through words and action

Available to work at least one day per weekend

Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours/week that includes at least 2 shifts at the studio and 8-10 hours of remote and external sales work (guerrilla marketing).

Computer, phone, and point of sale experience required.

3+ years experience in sales a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
