We are searching for a proven and dynamic
General Manager
to lead our clients' operations across Northern America. Role Responsibilities:
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the North American division, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
To monitor key performance indicators and develop standard operating procedures for optimal efficiency
To lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team by fostering innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth
To manage the supply operations from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous optimization across the chain
To ensure product quality and compliance through effective quality control, regular inspections, and adherence to industry standards
To develop and manage the operational budget in collaboration with the senior finance team, while preparing accurate financial reports and forecasts to support operational goals
To analyze operational performance data to drive efficiency, cost savings, and process optimization
To collaborate cross-functionally across the business, resolving challenges and aligning operations with business goals
Skills you will need:
Essential:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field* 5 plus years of experience in an operational management position* Strong expertise in supply chain management, compliance, and logistics, with a proven track record of driving efficiency improvement* Conversational proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients/colleagues* A good knowledge and understanding of agriculture with a strong network in the field* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills* Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement process improvements* Highly organized, able to work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities efficiently* A team player who can work collaboratively across the business to drive positive outcomes* Strong financial acumen* Proficient IT skills and confidence in operational software*
Desirable:
Experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, sales, or quality systems
Conversational proficiency in Spanish*

Base Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
