Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sercan

General Manager Resort

to lead and oversee all aspects of our luxurious resort operations. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence. As the face of the resort, you will inspire your team, uphold high standards of service, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. Your leadership will shape the resort's success, blending strategic vision with hands-on management to create memorable stays for every guest.

Duties

Provide visionary leadership to all departments, including front desk, guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all areas while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction Manage revenue streams through effective revenue management strategies, optimizing occupancy rates and profitability Lead human resources initiatives by supervising staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment Develop and monitor budgets, control costs, and implement financial strategies to meet or exceed financial goals Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards to guarantee a secure environment for guests and staff Cultivate strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring personalized service that exceeds expectations Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently Implement innovative marketing initiatives to enhance the resort's visibility and attract diverse clientele Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with international guests and team members

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles within a resort setting Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success in leading diverse teams in a hospitality environment Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Expertise in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis to maximize profitability Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork Proficiency in human resources practices including hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution Knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and night audit procedures Multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred to enhance communication with international guests Deep understanding of hospitality industry standards, safety protocols, and guest service excellence
