Summary

As a Studio Manager at Club Pilates, you will oversee the daily operations of our studio, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for all members. This role is pivotal in driving sales, managing staff, and fostering a culture of health and wellness within our community.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the studio team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Manage daily studio operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and payroll processes. Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff to maintain a high standard of instruction. Develop marketing strategies to promote classes and increase membership. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive studio atmosphere. Foster relationships with members to enhance retention and engagement within the community. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense management. Facilitate training sessions for staff on customer service excellence and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management or leadership roles within the fitness industry. Strong customer service skills with a passion for promoting health and wellness. Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing member communication. Experience in inventory control and payroll management is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results through motivation and support. Familiarity with interviewing techniques to build a strong team of instructors.
