Full-Time | On-Site with some remote work| Tri-Cities, WA



We're looking for a proven General Manager who knows how to run a fast-paced, high-volume, client-facing business. This is not an entry-level management role. We need someone who has already managed a team, made hiring decisions, held people accountable, and driven strong operational performance.

The Nitty Gritty

At least 5 years progressive experience in a General Manager role at a business of similar size and level of service Working knowledge of all applicable laws, codes and regulations Strong communication skills, including the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and operations manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, managers, clients, guests or the general public. Strong general management skills, including time management, information analysis, planning and organizing, decision making, problem solving, and delivery of results Strong financial management skills, including budget management, expense control, forecasting and analysis of financial statements. Strong people management skills, including coaching, motivating, delegating, scheduling and relationship-building

-- 3-5+ years in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Studio Manager role.

-- you build processes, you don't babysit people.

Comfortable owning outcomes

-- bookings, sales flow, production, staff performance, client experience.

What You'll ManageTeam Leadership



Oversee bookers, photographers, sales staff, and studio support roles. Weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching, and accountability. Handle hiring, onboarding, staff development, and terminations when required. Maintain team morale, culture standards, and operational discipline.

Studio Operations



Monitor and enforce SOPs across all roles. Resolve internal bottlenecks quickly (production, scheduling, staffing gaps).

KPIs & Performance



Maintain booking, sales, and operational KPIs. Ensure team performance meets weekly and monthly targets. Identify underperformance early and correct it fast. Report directly to ownership with clean, data-driven summaries.

Client Experience



Ensure every client receives a premium, consistent, elevated experience. Handle escalations professionally and empathetically. Improve touchpoints, efficiency, and satisfaction.

You Must Have



? 3+5 years leadership in a high-volume service business
? Experience hiring, firing, coaching, and managing performance
? Strong delegation and organizational skills
? Experience building and enforcing SOPs
? High accountability & excellent communication
? Ability to problem-solve without drama
? Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment

Photography experience is optional. Operational excellence is not.
