Job Description

Scramblers Restaurants in Lucas County OH is looking for a strong General Manager with at least two year's experience in the restaurant industry. This position will be responsible for managing all areas of the restaurant including staffing, budgeting, inventory, training, compliance and purchasing, all the while ensuring guests needs have been met. We are a breakfast and lunch restaurant with hours from 6:30 a.m-3:00 p.m. 7 days a week. This job is ideal for those who don't want to work evenings, however, you must be able to work weekends. General Managers work a 5 day work-week for roughly 45 hours per week.
