What You Will Own:
Revenue growth and profitability (ODP ownership)
Sales activity, referrals, and conversion performance
Care Professional recruiting, engagement, and retention
Day-to-day operations across multiple territories
Team performance, culture, and accountability
Financial discipline, forecasting, and expense control
How Success Is Measured:
Revenue and hours growth
Owner's Discretionary Profit (ODP)
Sales activity and conversion rates
Care Professional retention and staffing stability
Client satisfaction and quality outcomes

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all daily operations from a centralized office in Racine
Own full P&L responsibility and drive profitability
Personally drive and coach sales and growth initiatives
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing admin team
Build and maintain strong community and referral relationships
Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and implement improvements
Lead weekly team meetings and monthly one-on-ones
Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Adhere to all franchise standards and processes

Qualifications:
5+ years of business or operations leadership experience
P&L ownership and revenue growth responsibility
Sales-minded and expereince with strong relationship-building skills
Experience leading teams and managing performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and CRM experience preferred
Expereince with EOS leadership prinicpals
Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation $85,000-$100,000+
(base salary +
uncapped performance bonuses
)

Work Location & Schedule:
Onsite role based in
Racine, WI
Serving Racine, Kenosha, and Burlington territories
Monday-Friday, daytime/evening hours (flexibility required based on business needs)
